Background
The captain and owner of the Diamond Wing luxury racing yacht, Nelissa is a young noblewoman with lots of money and spare time. As with most people in her position, she uses much of the first to fill much of the second.
She is sexy, expensively dressed, outgoing and gives the impression of being an airheaded bimbo, though she's actually a lot more intelligent than she often acts. When in the pilot seat, she becomes a lot more serious and level headed - even nerdish (she really does understand how to fly a ship). Outside of the pilots seat, she's just interested in having a good time.

Background
Leader of the Barok Irregular's. Joined the Imperial Army at the age of 16, has been an independant mercenary for the last 20 years. Five years ago he settled down on Pamraeltan, looking for a peaceful time bounty hunting and living off his savings.
His record has been generally clean, though he has taken on the occassional illegal job if the money was good and risk was low.
Soon after, he lost a large amount of money in Gridlore Technologies which was where he had it invested. This has left him with less money than he wanted, plus living expenses have been higher than he was hoping. Because of this, he was looking for a high paying job which didn't require too much work, and then getting out of the business entirely.
The Claws of Xaos had a good plan, but recently (without his knowledge) started to get greedy, seeking early repayment on their investment. This has led to the slaves being discovered before the process was perfected.
Barok is now seeking to cut his losses and get out quickly, though he hasn't yet decided on the best way of doing this.
