Rathal is a Sindarin from Evael, a sorcerer, bard and also follower of Morgath. He is wanted for the murder of several Sindarin, and is currently being hunted by Ingalfin for his crimes.
Rathal is very handsome, and is a skilled bard. There seems to be a connection between him and the human woman Adinia.
