Cheira was mentioned only in letters found at the Gargun colony of Galmorda. These lettters mention that she is a member of the Guild (possibly the Guild of Arcane Lore), though not one of the Shek-Pvar.
Her interests are in the Khuzdul, as well as Lothrim the Foulspawner. She was last heard of arranging an expedition to find the last halls of Kiraz sometime in 719.
