Located around the Talmoth Hills, and named for the old Kingdom of Talmoth. Much of Talmoth's wealth comes from the silver and lead mines in the hills, as well as horse breeding, the latter of which Talmoth is famous for.
The shire town is Heath, which is a grand stone castle dating back to the old kingdom.
Most of the shire is under the control of the House of Merin.
