Jovian worlds are massive gas or ice giants.
When these are fleshed out, they should probably include reference to Sudarskey's gas giant classification.
These are smaller Jovian worlds which have the bulk of their mass concentrated in a rocky or icy core. They still have extensive gaseous atmospheres however. Mass can be from 0.03 to 0.48 times that of Jupiter.
There are smaller Jovian worlds which have the bulk of their mass concentrated in the gaseous atmosphere, and have only a minimal core. Mass can be from 0.06 to 0.8 times that of Jupiter.
These are typical Jovian worlds, with masses ranging from 0.7 to 2.5 times that of Jupiter.
There are massive Jovian worlds which range from 2.5 times to 13 times that of Jupiter. At the upper end, the line between Super Jovian and Brown Dwarf becomes blurred.
These are the exposed cores of Jovian worlds which have lost their gaseous atmosphere. They will tend to have a mass between 0.015 to 0.24 times that of Jupiter.
